In providing the South East Melbourne Phoenix Corporate Hospitality Package under this Agreement, South East Melbourne Phoenix complies with the NBL’s Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy), available at https://nbl.com.au/pages/privacy-policy as if references to the NBL were references to South East Melbourne Phoenix
The South East Melbourne Phoenix may seek and collect personal information, including sensitive information (as those terms are defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) from the Client about the Client and its guests and ticket holders in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Use of personal information
South East Melbourne Phoenix may use and disclose personal information for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Client may request its personal information, and the personal information of its guests and ticket holders not be disclosed or used for promotional purposes by opting out at the time of submitting a completed Corporate Hospitality Booking Form, or the Client, its guest or ticket holder can notify South East Melbourne Phoenix in writing at the address below.
